All orders to the American Artist Collections are conditional to the availability of any item in our Gallery.

Our Limited Edition and Artist Proofs prints may sell out at any time and therefore the availability is not guaranteed at any particular time.

Our Open Edition prints may sell out at any time. If another printing is ordered (and there may not be any), then there would be a delay of time before any additional prints would be available.

Prices can change at any time and without notice due to the process of our “Step Investment Program.” Prices may change without notice based upon other conditions which would be at the discretion of the Gallery. The prices you are charged on the day you submit your order is the price you will pay. Order changes due to customer request may receive different or additional charges.

You will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your orders availability and that it has been shipped. If shipped by UPS, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you. This will allow you to see the progression of your order until it is delivered.

Normally, your order will ship within 24 - 36 hours upon receipt. It will be shipped by UPS ground or USPS Parcel Post. Please allow 1 – 3 weeks for delivery. Special mailing requests for faster delivery times, such as overnight or next day, etc., are at the customer’s risk and are not guaranteed by American Artist Collections.

All prints and framed art that is ordered from American Artist Collections is shipped insured for your protection. There are exceptions for shipment outside of the U.S.

We ship our prints internationally. At this time, our matted or framed art is not shipped outside of the U.S. lower 48 states.

If the content of your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately within 24 hours from the time you receive it, and we will instruct you on the procedure for the return and replacement of any damaged contents.
